Ingredients:
1 tin (400g) chickpeas – rinsed
1 handful parsley - chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 onion – finely chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
˝ tsp Himalayan salt
˝ tsp cumin & coriander
1 tsp tamari (optional)
Place all the ingredients in a food processor & pulse until roughly chopped.
Using lightly floured hands, shape into 6 burgers. Heat a frying pan with a splash
of olive oil and add the burgers. Fry on both sides until golden brown, or bake in a
preheated oven at 180C for 15 minutes.
