A hearty breakfast to ease the autumn chills

Chia Porridge

Chia seeds are high in protein and very hydrating. It also keeps you fuller for longer, having a high fiber content, and they are rich in omega 3’s.

3 tabelspoons chia seeds

water

ground cinnamon

raisins

honey

white mulberries

cacao nibs

Cover the chia with water and allow to soak for 5-10 minutes Add honey, cinnamon and raisins. Sprinkle with mulberries and cacao nibs. You can also add almond milk for extra creaminess.
